COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT AND CONSENT TO USE NAME AND LIKENESS

Zelda Elisco (“Photographer”) creates and publishes photographs and related content aimed at combating toxic beauty culture. Photographer desires to interview, photograph, and record me, and use my responses, name, likeness, and other identifying information. For the intangible value I will gain by my engagement as a model and participation in the interview, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I hereby acknowledge, I,(“I” or “Model”), make this Copyright Assignment and Consent to Use Name and Likeness (“Assignment”) in favor of Photographer, and agree as follows:

  1. Consent to Use Name and Likeness; Publicity Release.

I irrevocably grant Photographer the right to photograph me, and to record me by audiovisual or any other means. I irrevocably grant Photographer and her representatives, agents, successors, contractors, licensees, and assigns to reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, perform, use, re-use, and publish the images and audiovisual and other recordings depicting me (collectively, “Images”), together with my name, likeness, voice, appearance, performance, biographical information, and any other identifying characteristics in perpetuity throughout the universe in writing, in film, online, in photographs, or in any other media now known or hereafter developed, without further consent from or compensation to me, for any purpose, including in but not limited to advertising and promotional materials. I acknowledge and agree that I have no right to review or approve the Images before Photographer uses them; and Photographer has no liability to me for any editing or alteration of the Images or for any distortion or other effects resulting from any editing, alteration, or use of the Images, or Photographer’s presentation of me. Photographer has no obligation to create or use the Images or to exercise any rights given by this Assignment; if she does, Photographer in her sole discretion shall have the right to determine any credit or other acknowledgment of me.

2. Assignment of copyright

I irrevocably assign to Photographer any right, title, and interest I may have in my interview responses and the Images, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights, and I irrevocably waive any moral rights I may have in the Images.

3. Representations and warranties

I am over the age of 18 and have the authority to enter into this Assignment. I have reviewed this Assignment and consent to its terms.

4. Successors and Assigns

This Assignment shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of Model and Photographer and their respective successors and assigns.

The purpose of this policy is to outline the agreement between a photographer and an individual or individuals regarding the use of the individual's name, likeness, and images. It grants the photographer the right to use these elements for various purposes, including advertising and promotional materials, without further consent or compensation.
